El Salvador: Pacamara Variety with Honey Process/ whole bean / Finca Los Angeles current 2024/ 2025 season, has a smooth body with a medium/lite roast, delicate floral notes with a balanced body and acidity.

Guatemala: Catuai Variety with a Natural Process / whole bean / Farm-direct beans from Cafe Orgullo Celeste ( @cafeorgulloceleste ) current 2024 season, full body with green apple, plum and guava notes.
